xl with britt and crystal. cruising around 8:15-8:30 pace for 8.35 miles (water street short) felt good but felt the pace. did the circuit after

meet at cal u. reallllly hot. ran comfortable on the first mile and it was a 6:20 but then the heat got to me and my 2 mile was 13:08ish. i ran 20:41 and was 11th on the team (pace just passed me at the line) need to get it in gear!

38 min run easy. ran advantage card and then 3 laps on the track. so kinda short of 5 miles had an icebath after and did the circuit

workout under the lights. pretty easy, 3x1 mile tempos with 1 min break 6:29 (1:39, 1:36, 1:36, 1:36), 6:26 (1:34, 1:37, 1:37, 1:37), 6:32 (1:32, 1:41, 1:43, 1:36) group slowed down a little too much on the last one but still felt good. nice long warm up and cool down as well.

fartlek today 5 on 3 off 3 on 3 off 3 on 3 off 3 on 3 off 5 on not bad at all ran backwards arrowhead with some add ons back there, then around the elem school and through the park and around maltby. 51 mins

xl today for 1:20. ran poplar with some add ons and then applebutter loop and down the road. my quads are killing me today and it was way hot.

lifted during the day and ran at night. ran for 40 mins around campus and main st. my quads are way sore and tight.
