cross country

had another workout. mile tempo, easy run, mile tempo. abby, sally and i cheated and only did a 1200 4:35 (36, 35, 34) real easy, then we did a campus loop for about 2 miles in 14:38. then pap was watching so we did the full mile in a 6:08 (90, 94, 93, 91)

cross country

had to run early so i could go to rotation. it was real windy and cold out and i was tired so i just did advantage card (4.05). i totaled 31:41 and averaged 7:49.

cross country

had 800, easy run, then 800. it was just me and steff cause the others had class. it went like it always has. 2:54, girls ge in 25:01 then a 2:53.

cross country

had another easy run today. it was crappy out but i did an easy 5 miles. my legs are kinda achy so i'm definitely going to aqua jog this week. totaled 37:35 for 4.92, averaging 7:42

cross country

had 80% of our xl again but i just did a little ober 8 cause i was real tired today and don't see the point in doing a longer run the week of regionals. i totaled 1:05:37, averaging 7:47 for 8.37

cross country

went out to coopers lake to get megan and run with her team through the course. they were running really slow and struggling on the hills so i was going real easy. i did the whole course with them then added on to total 5 miles. totaled 40:50 at a crawling pace of 8:10.

cross country

so todays workout was different. we had a mile tempo on the track then we went to the practice lacrosse field and did 3 800 simulations of a start at interval. then back up to the track for another mile tempo. the miles went great. 6:08 (90, 92, 92, 93) then 2:54, 2:55, 2:57, then a 6:10 (92, 93, 92, 92)
