cross country

ran twice today, prob my last double of the season, weird. but ran girls with elm in 21:14 and then actually got to run with the team and we ran down church and in weathervane and then finished with 2 laps on the track so did 6 miles in 49:50, my legs are definitely recovered too so that's good

cross country

so today was the start of the easier part of the season. we had 4x800 and it wasnt bad at all cause we didn't have to run them as hard as possible. i wanted to do 2:50s and i was by myself so i was really happy with it. 2:50, 2:53, 2:50, 2:53 and then a long cool down down branchton

cross country

went up to edinboro this morning for a course run for this upcoming weekend. the course is so simple and flat and boring so it's gonna be fast but i'm excited. we ran the course loop once, went around campus then back on the course for 51ish minutes. my legs are still sore but feeling better day by day.

ran with crystal today for just short of 6. ran for 41:40, my legs feel better though but my achilles is feeling a little weird, i'm praying it's nothing

cross country

so we had an xl on a friday, sucked. only ran 12. did 2 laps on the track down backwards arrowhead and then waterstreet long. 1:37. my legs were definitely feeling it towards the end in my quads again.

so my legs are still real heavy, thigh wise. so i was gonna double but i just did 5.5 down church hill and in weathervane in 41:21

cross country

so had hopefully our last church hill out and back tempo today. sarah and i were the only ones that did 4 so i kinda feel asleep on the 3rd mile and a bit on the 4th cause i had no one to push me. my legs were definitely fatigued too, my thighs were burning. my first 2 miles were good though and i'm still happy i did 4 cause if i did 3 i would have been mad i didn't push myself. (5:58, 6:12, 6:57, 6:36) the run totaled 1:19:53
