so today went ok. i got 33rd overall and the race was rough! the team got 3rd but not to far from 2nd. it's gonna be a fight next week! the course was a swamp. running through shin high puddles the whole time so it was real hard to get a rhythm and i kept loosing my footing. my stomach was feeling great most of the time but i was able to pull it together at the end and pass ship and kutztown's 5th girl and just beat pace so i was out 4th again. i gotta step it up and run THE race next week. 24:21

easy premeet run. down elm and girls ge for 21:30ish. excited for tomorrow. hoping for top 20 but i want the team to do well foremost.

ran boys ge and branchton today with 3 laps on old thompson. 40:53 and felt real good. it was around 5-5.5

so had a real easy workout today. 4x3 min tempos on the track. we made it like 15-20 meters short of an 800 each time but our first laps were 1:35, 1:33,1:33, 1:33 so it was a good pace.

ran twice today, prob my last double of the season, weird. but ran girls with elm in 21:14 and then actually got to run with the team and we ran down church and in weathervane and then finished with 2 laps on the track so did 6 miles in 49:50, my legs are definitely recovered too so that's good

so today was the start of the easier part of the season. we had 4x800 and it wasnt bad at all cause we didn't have to run them as hard as possible. i wanted to do 2:50s and i was by myself so i was really happy with it. 2:50, 2:53, 2:50, 2:53 and then a long cool down down branchton

went up to edinboro this morning for a course run for this upcoming weekend. the course is so simple and flat and boring so it's gonna be fast but i'm excited. we ran the course loop once, went around campus then back on the course for 51ish minutes. my legs are still sore but feeling better day by day.
